Shipping Policy
Same Day Shipping – We take pride in getting all orders shipped if received by 3PM PST. If the order is extra large and requires additional packing time or if there are questions about the shipping address we will get clarification and ship the next day.
Shipping Locations – At this time, DP’s Bargain Basement (TXJ Enterprises LLC) ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. If you would like a shipping quote for a country outside the US, please contact us for a custom quote.
Shipping Carriers & Pricing – Currently, DP’s Bargain Basement (TXJ Enterprises LLC) ships a majority of products via the United States Postal Service and all shipping rates are weight based. If you would like us to provide a quote from another carrier (i.e. Fedex) or use your own personal shipping account through a specific carrier, please contact us before you place your order. This is recommended for extra large orders.
Returns/Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange. All products must be unused and without damage to be eligible for a return or refund/exchange. Shipping charges are only refundable if you were provided incorrect or damaged items.
